Delighted models S3 Geography have been working on this week. Pupils formed 'expert groups' to learn about a land use zone before returning to their 'home' groups to teach their peers. They then applied their KU to create a paper model. #cooplearning #expertgroups @girvanacademy

N5 history learned about the reasons why WW2 is considered a turning point for the American Civil Rights Movement. This thread provides an example of why the experiences of some Black servicemen led to them campaigning in the US once the war was over.
