Hey everyone :) We just released a new version of the git3 client - version 0.2.6. We moved the @Web3Storage api key to the config file. That means you can use your own api key and therefore decide on how much storage you require :)

Upgradable #smartcontracts are awesome in some use cases :) We just updated one of your contracts. Since they are all upgradable, no need to redeploy, move data, and what not :) This is how it should be :)

We uploaded a new version of the git3 client (0.2.5) which incorporates the new contract architecture :) Fun times ahead :)

We deployed the frontend with the new contracts architecture :) Client is going to follow soon too.

This is the first step in order to make Git3 repositories forkable and to allow PRs/MRs. Once we get there, you will be able to open issues and invite other developers to work on your project and reward them :)

We are going to deploy soon some new contracts to the testnets. Reason: We made the Factory upgradable so that we are able to add features in the future without the need of redeploying the entire contracts :) @KnowledgeNervos @NervosNetwork

Yea man :) We updated our DNS records and don't have forwarding anymore. So if you go on testnet.git3.network the domain stays like that in your browser ;) Even small achievements make us happy :) @NervosNetwork

This is something we want to avoid with #Git3. Give the finder of an issue the chance to fix it and earn the bounty or maybe even a small portion of it :)

I don't really remember what's the reason that I have not been notified or that I overlooked it, but someone else took up the bounty and cashed in 50 Dai. I find that unbelievable. Not even a small portion of the bounty for me for finding the issue.

Another reason why we are working on #Git3: While exploring Merkle Patricia Tries and how it works under the hood, I wrote my own code to create such a trie. Yet, my root hash did not equal to the one in the Ethereum wiki: #top" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">ethereum.org/en/developers/… I was confused.
