We already contacted the DHA and your DHA VFS helpline but they couldn’t help. We have contacted info.evisasa@vfshelpline.com but the inbox does not exist or is full. We’ll lose our honeymoon and all our money. I beg you to help.

@vfsglobalcare please help us, we have a South Africa evisa that is still processing and our honeymoon flights are next Tuesday. We are desperate and have been given email addresses that don’t work! Who can we contact for support on S.A. evisas??

@vfsglobalcare there is no number to reach out to, the visa tracking number does not work (Shenghen visa for Indian passport holder, for Malta), and we have NO passport and need to apply for the South Africa visa TOMORROW. How do we get our passport back for the other visa?!HELP!

@LindyWhitehouse @HomeAffairsSA It’s such a disgrace isn’t it. Their systems don’t work and when you finally get through and manage to submit it’s too late as they don’t respect the promised timelines. Money down the drain. Really sorry for this stressful situation! I feel your pain.

@mbmwaudi @vfsglobalcare Thank you; we are based in London so we have to rely on the SA embassy in London which I understand is even more unreliable with wait times of weeks. We are desperate but seems like we’ll lose our honeymoon money. A pure disgrace.

@HomeAffairsSA How can someone get an evisa processed within the advertised timeframes?!? We are going to have to cancel our honeymoon and spend thousands of $$$ because of this shameful service. What a disgrace, shame on you.
