Per ottenere il risultato la soluzione, già sperimentata, è diversa: inserire in Costituzione che ogni modifica della legislazione elettorale entra in vigore all'elezione successiva a quella prossima.

Mi chiedo se non sia giunto il momento di costituzionalizzare la #leggeelettorale, per evitare che le regole del gioco cambino a ogni partita o quasi…
