Our mission is to ensure that there is a mental health first aider at every rugby club across the country and to show players, coaches and volunteers within the rugby community that they are not alone.... to show them that we #GiveARuck

We rely heavily on the generous donations of others to provide mental health first aid training to rugby clubs across the country and to help tackle the stigma surrounding mental health by starting important conversations through workshops.

So what does your donation contribute towards? With our first ever 7s tournament happening this weekend, all team entry fees as well as fundraising on the day will be donated to us here at #GiveARuck.

Our fancy dress theme for this year's rugby 7s tournament on the 10th June is "Farmyard"! So get your best farmer or farmyard animal costumes ready, as there will be a prize for the best dressed!
