Yesterday we visited with Chelsea & Lacy from Phoenix Family — a Giving the Basics partner since 2012. 💙 Hearing stories of mothers, families, & seniors benefiting from hygiene essentials reminds us that soap, shampoo, & toothpaste are making a real difference across KC.

32% of families report reusing diapers when they cannot afford new ones — a practice that can lead to painful rashes and infections in infants. Hygiene poverty impacts health, dignity, and family stability every day. 💙
