There is still no mention of Albania. I’ve searched on Google and even looked through historical atlases from the 9th century, especially around 814, and I cannot find any trace of an “Albania” 🙂
As for Serbia, an interesting fact is that the maps I found mention Serbia, or even simply “Slavic tribes” as a whole. This seems to indicate a Serbian presence in the region. Moreover, during that period, Prince (or župan) Viseslav is said to have united the Serbian tribes.
