@iwcnder The person who generated it is for sure in the wrong and stef was mildly wrong in using it. They are not equally bad granted, but I feel my point still stands. There is commentary to be made about AI and its use without giving it that further bit of reach

@GlassyColors @stefayylmao1 you're just missing that he didn’t generate the image — another person did, and the video’s about that. claiming it’s wrong to use it here equals saying it’s bad to put a >pre-made< AI image on a vid discussing why AI is bad

someone sent super an AI Ghiblified version of the soyjak as a joke, I thought it was funny and put it in a thumbnail. Instantly get flooded with people mad at me using AI in a thumbnail. MY BAD I GUESS. I don't support AI art I think it's fucking stupid, thats the point here.

@stefayylmao1 Using it, joke or not, is still in a way promoting it and encouraging the practice. I think many are disappointed because we know you have the capability to edit better thumbnails yourself rather than slap some AI gen theft slop over it and call it a day :(

the whole moral dilemma with AI art is the perversion of the artist's work and I am in no way using this in an artistic manner. It's a joke. If you're immediately jumping to conclusions and thinking I am trying to promote this stuff, I beg you to go the fuck outside
