Tillermans Court Update: We currently have an engineer on site looking into the issue, The next update from them will be within the next hour. We will update you once this arrives.

Good evening! Massive apologies to residents in Tillermans Court for the issues today! The engineer from our carrier is now en route to site and we are hoping he will implement a fix on arrival. We will update on here every 30 minutes where updates are available.

Ten Degrees Outage Update: The issue has been resolved and there should now be stable working internet. If this is still not the case for you then please do not hesitate to contact us on 0333 123 1190.

Ten Degrees Outage Update: Unfortunately there is a breakage in the fibre circuit for Ten Degrees and we are just awaiting for Specialist Fibre Engineers to attend to the site and repair this. We apologise for the inconvenience that this may be causing you.

We're just running some updates on some of our core equipment. The connection might somewhat unstable until up to 5:30am. If you're having issues with your connection since the last half an hour it's very likey this. Apologies for the interruption.

London Outage Update: Please be advised that the fibre break has been resolved and your internet service will have resumed. Please attempt a reboot and if you have any further issues please contact us at 0333 123 1190. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

London Outage Update: Permits to break ground on a busy road were granted this morning and engineers have been on site since approval. The road has been excavated and engineers are now repairing the fibre. Please check back for most recent updates!
