"Smiling more?" The witch questioned, a brow raising.

The witch's face tinted once more, and her gloved hands reached out to clutch onto Y'shtola's shoulders. "T-Thank you.."

"I understand." Quickly, Calamitas is realising just how in deep she really is. Both physically and mentally.

All that Calamitas can muster is a nod, before she stands up.

"I.. I suppose not." The witch nods, finally looking at Y'shtola. "So.. What happens now?"

The witch finds herself unable to look at Y'shtola in the eye, but nods at the other's words. "I.. Suppose I did."

"I.. I suppose so." The witch takes another bite of her cupcake. "You.. You really can read me like a book, can't you?"

"I.. I don't- do any of this, okay?" The witch's stressed expression seems to calm as Y'shtola sits back down.

"I want you to stay." The witch spoke, voice uncertain. "Here. At this table.. And in my life."

"I.. I don't want you to go."

The witch's eyes widened a little, and she reached out instinctively. "Wait."

"I.. Believe it was supposed to be." The witch's answer conveys all the questions racing through her mind, even as crimson eyes meet Y'shtola's own gaze.

"It is.. But I didn't expect you to just.. Say it." The witch picked up a small cupcake, taking a bite and swallowing before speaking. "Besides.. That was a.. Spur of the moment thing."

/That/ caused the witch to take pause, her mouth opening in a shocked expression. "Bold, huh.."

The witch's face tinted a little at the other's words. "Perhaps."

"You're good." While they've been talking, an entire tea set has materialised upon the table before them, complete with fresh tea and baked goods.

"Insightful, aren't you?" Calamitas' eyes fixed upon Y'shtola once more. "And what do you see, when you look at me?"

"What's that supposed to mean?" The witch quirked a brow.

Another shrug of her shoulders. "It could be either."

"Submission is all I've wanted from people, for most of my life." The witch shrugged. "From most, I just want them to give me what I want from them, and to leave."
