ForeCASTing a future with no GVHD Now that CTN BMT 1703 results are out, future GVHD prophylaxis studies should focus on optimizing PTCy-based platforms. The CAST study is an example and has now met its primary endpoint. The re-CAST study is underway. #ASH22 @gvhd_hub
