このひどい自転車の青キップ導入に対しては、アメリカのように「クリティカルマス」を起こすレベルのものだと思います。下動画のように多くの自転車が集まって道路改善などを訴える運動を「クリティカルマス」といいます。1992年にサンフランシスコで始まった運動です。日本でもやりませんか？
