@Elohim_Gadol The Lord is merciful. Forgive yourself, brother. He has already forgiven you. Pray that He shows you a better way to handle it. It isn’t easy for us to hear or see so much evil. It is very difficult, in these last days especially, to not be overcome by our flesh with emotion.

I need some prayers, brethren. There is a new coworker at my job who started last September, and he has shown himself to be strongly hostile toward the Jewish people and Israel. On several occasions he has tried to provoke confrontation with me over the matter. Today things escalated more than they should have. After he accused me of having an evil spirit for defending Israel, I lost my temper and responded in anger. I called him an antisemitic bigot, raised my voice, and spoke in a way that I now deeply regret. I was even ready to fight, and I used language that I should not have used as a Christian man. Now that the moment has passed, I feel troubled in my spirit about how I handled it. Regardless of how wrong his words were, I know I should have responded with greater restraint and with the spirit of Christ.

@JosiahForYeshua The mental gymnastics people do to try and deny what the Bible and History proves about Jews and their tie to YHWH/Israel makes my brain hurt. 😩💨 The “Church” literally started with Messianic Jews. There have always been Messianic Jews since the time of Yeshua.

The fact that people are making efforts to deny that Messianic Jews exist shows that we Messianic Jews are in fact a prominent enough group that we’re a “problem” that needs to be addressed, because we break their theological boxes. Jews who believe in Yeshua are still Jews. Even if Christians don’t like it, even if Jews don’t like it, Messianic Jews are legitimate followers of Yeshua (Jesus), and we are legitimate Jews in ethnicity, identity, and calling. The faithful remnant of Israel is alive and kicking. Messiah is King, Am Yisrael Chai.
