Nowadays, I like to enjoy SF just for myself and watch from afar. If I was ever to have a child, I would hope they grow up to try and beat me at SF. To me, thats the taking your son out for their first drink at 18 situation.

Few years go by and I get involved with local SF communities in London. Really talented, hard working people, who showed me a world that was way more hardcore than me. It was when I met the Super Turbo community, that I really felt at home. And its stuck with me since.

Making a thread of thoughts below. But to answer the question, people from my past who I would meet years later, still remember me as the Street Fighter guy. I don't play as much now. But SF is a part of my very existence. Its hard to imagine what I would be like without it.
