@bluewmist That would be true but no high paying job is just 9-5. You end up with the hours and workload of 2 jobs then laid off/replaced the longer you work your life away for them. At least owning your own business leaves you with something yours & in your control. A legacy.

@EricLDaugh I used to hear that a lot of judges were paid to fill up prisons. Now it seems they're being paid to keep criminals on the street. If so, deal with the judges and find the money source. Unfortunately, we don't live in a perfect world and that is unlikely.

@thechosenberg Foster kids have, by far, the highest rate of abuse committed against them- esp in a group home. And even if they aren't abused they're rarely loved properly. The wife's character is extremely lacking and spells trouble for their future. And trouble for those boys.

@RealPostFolder As a fellow vigilant mom who had my 5th grade teacher kiss me, she should just keep an eye on the situation discreetly. Making it awkward could set him back and hurt their relationship. Especially if there was no attempt to keep the note a secret.

Shout out to my mom who has a bottle of Caladryl that's moved over 4,000 miles and expired in Dec 1991. I was 15 then. I'm 50 now. It expired before Bill Clinton ran for president,The EU formed, Apartheid ended in South Africa or you sent emails. I'm both proud and horrified.

@htownhazelnut Yes. That's why I said cable still sucks & saying we should've kept it is way off base. Other reasons why cable sucked was mostly the price (streaming has gotten just as expensive), you had no choice in programming, & up until DVR you only had a certain time to watch things.

@Mappy6984 I don't believe it's fake, I believe they deliberately hold back technology from us. You could say it's bc it gives them an extremely higher profit margin or bc they want to keep the populace in a constant state of discontent to distract us, either way we're screwed 😂😂

We’re not “afraid”. We have cars. Within walking distance I have one market, and it’s high-end. I can drive to a Walmart, Costco, Asian, and Mexican mart within 10 minutes. Gives me more options, and keeps the nearby mart’s prices from skyrocketing because they have competitors.

@Variety It's funny how these actors act (lol) like they're receiving this great honor when either they or their studio is just paying for it. I didn't realize this until very recently. I do actually like this guy but it all makes it feel so performative and very on brand for Hollywood.

@mak_aura I've been in a public restroom where literal crap was smeared on the walls. What did they smear them with? Their hands. I get through the day trying not to think about who has touched what I'm touching. I'm alive & not getting diseases every day. I cling to that lol

@BlackDumpling Well, my hubs has been seeing a lot of vids from ex US military saying the word from inside is what we're doing is a lead up to a war with China. We've already been in a Cold and trade war. We've gone after their allies (Venezuela, Iran). If true, who's side is the UK picking?

@KingVelesI Perhaps it has something to do with our Wild West. Horses were so essential that stealing them was punished with hangings. Somewhere along the way we befriended them much like most westerners have befriended dogs (wolves) while other cultures don't share that sentiment.

@RizomaSchool 💯 my baby got interested in food at four months. Being a first time mom I thought it had to be pureed but within a month my baby started refusing it and I tried soft foods and she went crazy for it lol

you don't have to feed your kid pureed baby food it makes no sense. no one in human history ever did this until they invented jarred food to sell moms breastmilk until 1. you can offer smashed or chewed up food from your plate if they seem interested, put it all in their mouth

i’m not a clean person and i am still horrified by the daily ritual of shoveling purées into my sons mouth with the full knowledge he’s going to spit 97% of it onto his chin, where it will then drip onto his highchair tray so he can mash it with his fat little hands for 5 minutes before i call it and hose him off in the sink. all this to get 6 calories of almond butter into him. like, i just don’t buy that this is what ppl were up to 400 years ago.
