@GOtransit @GOtransitKT @Metrolinx @GOTransitSSD Stop making the Kitchener train arrive to Union on platform 21 during rush hour between 8-9am.. it's a crowded mess getting off the platform on one side only.
It takes 10 minutes to get off the train.. VERY UNSAFE, SAFETY CONCERN
