@GoEOSfit pretty big fail at your northridge location. I went to the front to complete my membership then they asked me to hang out for 5min which ended up being 30 and they were not sure when someone would get to me. So I left.

@GoEOSfit Went to two of your locations this morning at 2:30am and both Saunas were out !!!! Why am I paying the premium membership when I don’t get the premium services and amenities that are nearest my house? Why do I have to drive around when I only have a short time to workout to see if something is “ working”. A response would be appreciated as well as a resolution!
