HART's Community Engagement team has been connecting directly with Route 38 riders to promote and get feedback on the recent frequency improvement! We’re hearing firsthand how these changes are impacting daily commutes, transfers, and access to key destinations. We’re encouraged to hear these changes are making a positive impact and will continue outreach in the coming weeks to gather additional feedback.

July is Disability Pride Month, a time to celebrate the disability community and recognize the lasting impact of the Americans with Disabilities Act. At HART, transportation is more than a ride; it's access, independence, and connection. Our buses include accessible features such as ramps, kneeling buses, priority seating, mobility device securement, and audio/visual stop announcements to support riders of all abilities. HART July 4th Service Update 🚨 In observance of #IndependenceDay, HART will operate on a Sunday service schedule on Saturday, July 4, 2026. The @TampaStreetcar will operate from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. Customer Service Call Center (813-254-4278): 📞 July 3: 5 a.m. – 1 a.m. 📞 July 4: 6 a.m. – 1 a.m. Customer Service Centers: July 3: MTC & UATC open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. July 4: MTC & UATC closed. HARTPlus customers with subscriptions should call Customer Service at (813) 254-4278 to schedule an on-demand trip for the holiday.
