The construction industry consistently ranks as having one of the highest suicide rates compared to other industries. Waking up at the crack of dawn, working long hours in the heat, every day of the week takes a toll on the mind, not just the body. In an industry that relies on teamwork, having a positive work environment with people who care is crucial. Your projects depend on it. This Mental Health Awareness Month, take a moment to check in with your crew. #MentalHealthAwareness #MentalHealthMatters #tractics

Tractics is an advocate for Construction Safety Week. Safety is more than checking a few boxes on a form. It's the foundation of every task at every job in the industry. Tractics has implemented safety features to help make sure your crews get back home in one piece at the end of the day. With Safety Forms & Project Documents, foremen have the required forms on their dashboards, ensuring the office has the information it needs. If an emergency does happen, Tractics' Emergency Services feature provides directions to the closest emergency rooms and hospitals, keeping crews' attention on the guys that need help. 👉 Take a closer look at Tractics' safety features: zurl.co/js9Jq

Today, the Tractics Crew was proud to attend Champions for Change 2026 at CPKC Stadium in support of United WE and their mission to create stronger opportunities for women in the workforce. 👷‍♀️👏 It was inspiring to be surrounded by leaders, advocates, and organizations committed to building workplaces and communities where women can thrive. As a company serving the hardworking people of construction every day, we know progress happens when more voices are heard, more leaders are empowered, and more opportunities are created across the industry. Big thanks to United WE for hosting an incredible event and meaningful conversations around leadership, economic growth, and lasting change. #ChampionsForChange #WomenInConstruction #ConstructionTechnology #CivilConstruction #WomenInLeadership

Thanks to those who were up early and joined Chris Rigdon’s breakout at Sage Future. We had a great group of Sage VARs in the room, and here’s what matters if you’re working with heavy civil contractors: 1️⃣ Heavy civil job costing doesn’t fall apart in the ERP—it falls apart before it ever gets there. 2️⃣ When job costs are built on reconstructed field data, gaps are inevitable. 3️⃣ When equipment, labor, and production flow directly from the field into Sage Intacct, those gaps start to close. 4️⃣ For VARs, that’s the opportunity—bringing your clients more than just a system, but a way to trust the numbers they’re working with. Appreciate everyone who joined, asked questions, and shared what they’re seeing with their clients. Didn’t get a chance to connect at Sage Future? We’re always up for the conversation. Want to see how that integration works? 🔗 zurl.co/XXMTi #SageFuture #SageIntacct #VARs #ConstructionTech #HeavyCivil #ERP #JobCosting #Tractics

Morning reminder for those at Sage Future: Don’t miss: 📍 Concrete Results: How Sage and Tractics Deliver Solutions for Heavy Civil Construction 🎤 Chris Rigdon, CTO at Tractics 🗓 Today | 8:00–8:20 AM PDT 📌 Expo Theater 1, Lower Level Heavy civil job costing breaks down when it’s built on reconstructed data instead of what’s actually happening in the field. Our CTO, Chris Rigdon, is walking through how connecting real field activity to Sage Intacct changes the game, from accurate equipment and labor tracking to real-time production data you can trust. If you’re a contractor or a Sage Intacct partner, this is one session you don’t want to miss. 🔗 zurl.co/zmLKL #SageFuture #SageIntacct #ConstructionTech #HeavyCivil #JobCosting #Tractics

We're in San Francisco this week for Sage Future where our CTO, Chris Rigdon, is a featured presenter. If you’re a construction leader or Sage Intacct partner, don’t miss this: 📍 Concrete Results: How Sage and Tractics Deliver Solutions for Heavy Civil Construction 🎤 Chris Rigdon, CTO at Tractics 🗓 Thursday, April 30 | 8:00–8:20 AM PDT 📌 Expo Theater 1, Lower Level Heavy civil job costing doesn’t fail because of bad systems, it fails because it’s built on reconstructed data instead of real field activity. Chris will show how connecting field data to Sage Intacct changes that: • Equipment hours captured as real job costs, not assumptions after the fact • Labor tracked by actual activity and classification (critical for prevailing wage and certified payroll) • Unit price work tied to real production and not disconnected estimates • Real-time crew, equipment, and production data flowing directly into Sage Intacct For contractors → better visibility and control For partners → a real solution to a gap your clients feel every day If you're at Sage Future, we’d love to connect. Hope to see you there! 🔗 zurl.co/ehkn8 #SageFuture #SageIntacct #ConstructionTech #HeavyCivil #JobCosting #VARs #Tractics

Here's the deal with paper tickets... Drivers always forget to turn them in. Tickets get buried under truck seats. Accounting has to scramble weeks later to close out billing. With Tractics, tickets go digital in real time. They are tied directly to the load, truck, and job site. So you get... Real-time visibility into every haul. Faster invoicing (without the missing paperwork). Cleaner DOT compliance records. Stop chasing the stacks of crumpled slips. Use the data that flows from the plant to the job automatically. 👉 Book a demo: zurl.co/1dJFq

Most crews don’t lose money in the field. They lose it when the numbers don’t match reality. What you thought a bid item would cost vs. what it really cost… Two different stories. The most successful contractors know that gap: 👉 They track quantities 👉 They track bid items 👉 They track production So, they know what their work really costs. That’s where Tractics fits: ✅ Everything in one place ✅ No digging through old jobs ✅ No relying on memory Clear visibility into what holds and what doesn’t. If your numbers aren’t grounded in real performance, you’re guessing. Book a demo & learn more about Tractics: zurl.co/0UDQl #HeavyCivil #ConstructionData #Tractics

Most construction teams don’t just have a data problem, they also struggle with getting the right information at the right time. When field data isn’t captured and shared in real time, decisions get delayed, crews sit idle, and small issues across the jobsite turn into expensive setbacks. It’s a common challenge in civil construction where outdated systems and disconnected tools slow everything down. In our latest blog, we take a closer look at why real-time data is critical for modern construction management, and how cloud-based construction software is helping contractors improve field operations, stay aligned between the office and the field, and make faster, more informed decisions. Read more 👉 zurl.co/GqkT0 Because better data isn’t just about having it—it’s about having it when it matters.

Last week, our very own Kansas City celebrity, Adam Arredondo, attended the Downtown Council's Annual Luncheon. The room was filled to the brim with hundreds of Kansas City's civic leaders. Tractics is sending a huge congratulations to Warren Erdman, the chair of the Missouri Highway Commission, for receiving the Phil Kirk Award. This is a lifetime achievement award for positively impacting downtown Kansas City. Warren, thanks for your hard work making our Tractics HQ, Kansas City, such a wonderful place. #Tractics #KCMO #KansasCity #DowntownKC

Concrete jobs move fast — but problems move faster when you can’t see what’s going on. You know the drill: • Trucks stacked up waiting to unload • Crews standing around burning hours • Pours getting pushed because the info’s not there That’s where things start slipping. With Tractics, you can see what’s happening while it’s happening: 👉 Track deliveries and placements in real time 👉 See crew hours and equipment usage on every pour 👉 Get daily production numbers without chasing people down Less waiting. Fewer surprises. Jobs that stay on track. Schedule a demo: zurl.co/3ms01 #HeavyCivil #Concrete #ConstructionTech #JobsiteVisibility #Tractics

“Getting alerted early instead of finding out Monday morning made all the difference.” In civil construction, delayed field reporting doesn’t just slow you down—it creates costly rework, miscommunication, and schedule risk. Real-time field visibility means you’re not reacting after the fact—you’re managing projects proactively, with accurate data from the field when it actually matters. No more chasing updates. No more surprises. Just better decisions, faster. #ConstructionManagement #FieldOperations #RealTimeData #CivilConstruction #ProjectVisibility

Monday check-in: are you running your projects… or are your projects running you? If your morning starts with chasing down crew updates, digging through spreadsheets, and playing phone tag with the field—you’re not alone. Civil construction is tough enough. Your systems shouldn’t make it harder. That’s why more contractors are running their jobs on one platform that gives them real-time visibility across the field and office. Less chaos. More clarity. Better days ahead. Let’s make this the week things start running smoother. Book a demo 👉 zurl.co/XaVc1 #Tractics #ConstructionLife #CivilConstruction #FieldToOffice

Simple doesn’t just feel better—it gets results. When your crew doesn’t have to fight the system, they actually use it. No extra devices. No complicated workflows. Just pull out the phone, get it done, and move on. That’s how documentation goes from “we’ll get to it later” to done before the day’s over. Because in civil construction, the best tools aren’t the most complex—they’re the ones your team actually wants to use. #ConstructionTech #FieldProductivity #BuiltForTheField #Tractics

You can usually tell how a job’s going by how many times your phone rings. Constant check-ins. Chasing answers. Trying to piece together what’s actually happening in the field. That’s not productivity—that’s survival mode. The crews we talk to are moving away from the chaos by getting real-time visibility into their jobs. Fewer surprises, faster decisions, and way less back-and-forth. Same work. Just a whole lot smoother. #ConstructionLife #FieldOps #CivilConstruction #BuiltForContractors #Tractics
