This week’s Stats Pack will see Pau take on Metz in Ligue 2. Laura recently released a video on YouTube demonstrating how to effectively use the Team Stats Streaks tool. You can check out Laura’s video here youtu.be/Jy54MgnekS8?si… While exploring, we identified that Metz — currently pushing for promotion from Ligue 2 with 3 games remaining — have scored 2 or more goals in each of their last 7 matches. This evening, they face a Pau side with little left to play for. In situations like this, statistics can sometimes take a back seat, and several factors need to be considered: Pau could cause an upset with no pressure on the result. The coach might use the opportunity to give youngsters valuable game time. Players who are not a part of the club’s future plans might not play. Some players may have already mentally checked out and may not approach the game with the same intensity. The question is: Can Metz maintain the outstanding goal-scoring form that the Team Stats Streaks tool has helped to highlight? We will have live in-play stats available along with many other tradeable games around the world. goalprofits.com

This week, our stats pack highlights a decisive Premier League fixture at Villa Park, where Aston Villa host Newcastle United. Aston Villa, under the guidance of Unai Emery, have had another excellent campaign and will be desperate to claim all three points to keep their Champions League qualification hopes alive. Since their opening home defeat to Arsenal, they have not lost at home since. Villa have also gone BTTS in 11 of their last 12 matches—a clear indication of their attacking threat and open style of play. A 2-1 scoreline has become a recurring theme for Aston Villa against higher-ranked opposition, with victories over Chelsea (6th), Manchester City (5th), and Nottingham Forest (4th) all ending by that same margin. Meanwhile, Newcastle United, are one of the in-form teams, winning 6 of their last 8 away games. With manager Eddie Howe recovering in hospital, the squad have stepped up impressively in his absence with two emphatic wins. Newcastle United, have secured 8 away wins this season, 7 of which have come against teams currently in the bottom seven. Nottingham Forest remains their only away victory against a side in the top 13 places in the Premier League. While bookmakers have made Aston Villa slight favourites, the outcome remains a difficult one to predict so focusing on goals may be the way to go with this one. With both teams battling for a top-five finish and packed with attacking quality, this fixture has all the ingredients for goals, drama, and significant implications in the race for Champions League qualification. We will have live in-play stats available along with many other tradeable games around the world. goalprofits.com

This weekend marks the final round of fixtures before the Scottish Premiership splits into two, and all eyes will be on the clash between Motherwell and Hearts, with both sides still in contention for a top-six finish. Hearts have struggled on the road this season, securing just four away wins — three of those against bottom sides Dundee and St Johnstone. They also suffered a 3-1 defeat the last time they visited Motherwell back in August and come into this crucial fixture following two consecutive losses. Motherwell, on the other hand, have a strong home record against similarly placed teams in the table. With so much at stake and an inferior goal difference to contend with, Motherwell will be fully aware that only a win will be enough to keep their hopes of a top-half finish alive. Recent form also points to goals — both teams have seen over 2.5 goals scored in each of their last four home (Motherwell) and away (Hearts) matches. Meanwhile, St Mirren, who currently sit between the two sides in 7th place, host Ross County in another pivotal fixture. It promises to be an exciting and tense weekend as the race for the top half of the table goes down to the wire. We will have live in-play stats available along with many other tradeable games around the world. goalprofits.com

This week’s stats pack will focus on the La Liga fixture between Girona and Deportivo Alavés. With a quarter of the season remaining, Deportivo Alavés currently sit just above the relegation zone on goal difference. Their recent away form has seen them secure crucial points. In their first eight away matches, they suffered seven losses and recorded just one win. However, in their last seven away games, they’ve managed one win, five draws, and only one defeat, with the 1-0 loss to Barcelona being the only match in this run that didn’t see both teams score (BTTS). Girona, without a win in their last seven fixtures, will look to exploit Deportivo Alavés’s defensive vulnerabilities, as they have yet to keep a clean sheet away from home this season. When facing teams in similar league positions, Girona have been prolific in front of goal, scoring 18 goals in the six encounters so far. This fixture qualifies for several Goal Profits strategies. What are your thoughts on how this match will unfold? We will have live in-play stats available along with many other tradeable games around the world. goalprofits.com

This week’s stats pack will focus on the League 2 fixture between Newport County and Notts County. With a handful of games left to play in League 2, we are at the business end of the season, where potential upsets can happen. Newport County have little to play for, as they are well outside the playoff places, have no relegation worries and will be full of confidence after comfortably winning their previous two home games, 3-0 and 3-1. This could give them the freedom to play without pressure, potentially leading to a performance that could surprise Notts County. Only two points separate 3rd and 7th, and with Colchester United and Crewe Alexandra hot on the heels of the top seven places, it is vital for Notts County to pick up all 3 points. Scoring goals have not been an issue for either team. Amazingly, 42% of Notts County’s away goals have come in the 85th minute or later, so it’s evident they never give up until the final whistle. Defensively, despite keeping a clean sheet in both their previous home/away fixtures, it has been an issue for both teams throughout the season. Notts County are clear and obvious favourites, but with Newport County currently priced at 5.40, could a potential upset be on the cards? We will have live in-play stats available along with many other tradeable games around the world. goalprofits.com

With the International break this weekend, our stats pack for this week will be Swindon Town vs Accrington Stanley in League 2. Historically, there have been goals in this fixture. In the last 4 fixtures, home and away, they have gone over 2.5 goals. Interestingly, Swindon Town, despite lying 15th in the League table, have not lost at home since losing to Morecambe 2-3 on the 23rd of November 2024. In the 10 games after this defeat, they have picked up an impressive 22/30 points and have scored three goals in a game on six occasions. Accrington Stanley will go into this fixture with nothing to fear, with recent home results pulling them 10 points away from the relegation zone. Will Accrington Stanley be able to handle Swindon Town’s potent attack that currently ranks 2nd in the league? With both teams’ defences ranking lowly, this might be another fixture where we see some goals! We will have live in-play stats available along with many other tradeable games around the world. goalprofits.com
