AGENT FRAMEWORK :
Four specialized agent types cooperate within explicit boundaries. Each agent does one thing. No agent owns the full problem. Every action is reversible. Everything leaves a trace.

Goblinframework officially live on @base.
We map the invisible architecture of cyberspace. Each agent — a goblin — does one thing. Goblins propose, goblins critique, goblins enforce. No goblin owns the full problem. No goblin works without a scope. This charter defines how goblins cooperate and what rules they follow.
Small over large. Explicit over implicit. Boundaries over freedom. Enforcement before trust. Review before action. Memory with evidence. Actions are reversible. Everything leaves a trace. The framework ensures mechanical enforcement before qualitative review.
Real-time execution pipeline monitoring. Every agent transition is tracked, validated, and recorded. No action goes unlogged. No boundary goes unchecked.

Goblin Framework : A framework for building AI systems as small, bounded, cooperative agents. The runtime validates your offering, builds scope, runs Steward checks mechanically, and writes a structured ledger.
LLM-integrated goblins (Scout, Tinker, Skeptic) require a model runtime currently skipped in alpha.
We’re planning to launch today on @bankrbot.

These are intentional choices, not bugs: - Mechanical over semantic. Steward checks are keyword-based and deterministic by design. They catch what can be caught with rules, not interpretation. Semantic checks are Skeptic's job.
- Stop on violation. When Steward blocks, the workflow halts. No recovery, no partial output. This is intentional — it forces the user to fix the offering or goblin output before proceeding.
- No rollback. Blocked runs produce a ledger with violations listed. The user reads the ledger, fixes the issue, and re-runs. Resuming mid-workflow would require understanding partial state, which adds complexity without clear benefit.
- One offering = one run. Each run takes one offering packet and produces one ledger. There is no batch mode or multi-offering orchestration yet.

The deterministic Steward checks and ledger output are fully functional.

everyone is building agents.
we’re building systems that control them.

DEPLOY IN MINUTES:
three commands to get started. The framework handles the rest — validation, scope enforcement, and structured output.

Introducing : Goblin Framework is an even more advanced GoblinTown
Goblin Framework an AI framework using the goblin style that has 4 seperate roles
Scout: Gather context, identify gaps, surface risks before production.
Tinker: Produce within defined scope.
Skeptic: Review output for quality, over-production, hidden risks, and scope compliance.
Steward: Enforce boundaries mechanically.
