I agree with you 100% .. and It's not a defense by any stretch. I'm just saying a video like that CAN be misleading. I don't mean to conclude one way or the other - just putting out another perspective. And, considering there was a trial and assume the forensic evidence was reliable (which hey, is a stretch these days) a jury convicted him of unaliving her the next day. I'll say this, that video made me want to watch the trial and see the evidence against him

It's easy to watch this and think Silvia is being the aggressor and making wild accusations about him "threatening" her or that he will hurt her "physically" BUT he knows he's being recorded and it sounds like there is a guest in the house. Her comments could just as easily be relating back to a pattern of behavior where he has physically abused her. So, although he may come off as reasonable in this video - that means nothing. I admit I didn't watch the trial, BUT sounds like forensics established that she could not have impaled herself on the bedframe the way he claimed. But, unless you watched the trial - you cannot fairly assess the case against him BUT especially on this video alone
