Proto-Luwians were Indo Europeans who invaded Anatolia, likely from the Balkans like the proto Greeks did to Greece. Luwians and Hittites were not "native Anatolians". The Mycenaeans had 50% Luwian-related Anatolian ancestry 100% of your Luwian-Hittite ancestry comes from medieval Greeks. Turks have never met a Luwian or Hittite in history, they only found Greeks in Anatolia. Roman era "Anatolian" DNA samples are ancient Greeks who mixed with the locals.
