Settings maxed out, movement is slower, clunkier and sensitivity is way lower than before. And I’ve maxed out my builds for speed and still noticed mw3 felt better, I dont cound bo6 because thet felt like everyone was sonic. It’s slower for sure and sensitivity is off, and ive noticed this over 8 hoirscof settings tweeking. So it’s not that.

Black Ops 7 is easily the best COD multiplayer we’ve had in years. If you disagree you either suck or you haven’t played it yet. 🫤

Activision says 136,000 accounts have been banned in Call of Duty since Ranked Play's addition in December. They also claim that spam reporting does not affect accounts, saying the system "does not consider more than one single report from a player versus another."
