A Russian drone hit the building where my friend lived just a few steps from my home. That’s when I realized: there are no “safe cities” in Ukraine.🇺🇦 We chose that area because we thought a rural part of Kyiv would be safer. My friend almost lost her life. People tell me to “mind my business.” And that this is not my fight But when this becomes your reality, silence is not an option. I will keep speaking until Russian aggression ends and Ukraine is free.

When the impossible becomes possible. This our boy has a prosthetic eye. Just two years ago doctors were literally putting him back together piece by piece. But he is a tank platoon commander. Do you know how much I’ve learned about tanks since then? My sister @antoninaodesssa too. Do you remember how cold that winter was? These guys were holding one of the hardest directions at the front. We raised money for sleeping bags — remember? And many other things they needed. On this flag it says: “To our friends and volunteers, Tetyana and Antonina, in gratitude for your help and support.” But in truth this flag is a gift to all of you. To those who were with us in grief and in hope. To those who believed when we were told we would last three days. And to those who now stand with us with pride, when the world has begun to understand: without the Ukrainian army, things would be very difficult — if not impossible. We continue helping. Sending you all a big hug.

Hi everyone. Confirm loaded up and good to go on 10th mission with full load of new life saving equipment. Just my personal kit/ sleeping bag etc to load in. Awaiting border paperwork which I’m assured will be with me this weekend, so I will be heading out next week. To all the good people that donated on this one - big or small - that made this happen, I appreciate you more than you know, and so will the heroic medics who will be getting all this equipment to help save soldiers lives. The only thing stopping me from heading back to Mariupol and taking back my house is the Russian army, who would likely shoot me in my vehicle.

A good night's sleep in Ukraine especially in cities close to the russian border-is a luxury. Not everyone can sleep peacefully: bad dreams and endless air raid sirens warning you that something is flying towards your city from russia do not give you peace. Sedatives, antidepressants, and sleeping pills are now found in the home of every Ukrainian. Today at four o'clock in the morning, the russian army attacked Ukrainian cities. The video shows damaged houses in a residential sector of the city of Sumy. Eight homes were damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties, but people have lost both their homes and all the property within them.

After the sanctions were lifted, russia quickly returned to its old routine attacking Ukraine with nearly 500 missiles and drones. Please, world, do not get used to this. Do not stay silent.

I met with a friend of Ukraine, the philosopher Bernard-Henri Lévy, who for many years has been spreading the truth about Russia’s war against Ukraine among the French people and across Europe. Truth is an essential part of a just peace because the world must know about every crime committed by Russia, and every crime requires accountability. I thank Bernard and everyone who supports Ukraine and does everything to make sure the wheels of justice turn.
