Cholesterol isn’t poison.
It’s raw material for cell membranes, steroid hormones, bile acids, vitamin D and brain function.
Your liver makes most of it for a reason.
Your brain depends on cholesterol for myelin, neuron signaling and repair.
So maybe, just maybe, carpet-bombing cholesterol production isn’t such a good idea.
Cholesterol is not your enemy.
The real enemy is the people pretending that a single lab number tells your entire cardiovascular story.
