One from a useful idiot on the left saying “Christ is King” and cursing Netanyahu for uttering the name of Jesus. One from the woke right saying evil will never defeat good and “Christ is King.” Idiots, idiots everywhere.

So in essence, when the Israelites built a golden calf of their own they were in an intermediate state where they were directionless. They had not yet received the law from God and Moses, but were newly emancipated, and no sooner did they run back to the ways of the very system that oppressed them.
