@remarkmarketing Most people in HR got there by the role falling in their lap. Most people who actually studied it are kept out by “the gatekeepers of HR” nonetheless I share the same sentiment.

UNPOPULAR OPINION: Being patient with the wrong person is self-abandonment.

They navigate like cults. They all benefit from having low integrity and no stable source of self love. So they get it from eachother by being yes men. Thats why people who truly love themselves usually end up isolated or with very few close friends, because there’s a lot that can’t be tolerated that most people expect you to accept.
