Recruitment is everything. When people vaguely talk about experience, I laugh. Quality over experience any day. What PSG have done better than us is they have recruited better. Experience is good, it brings stability but without quality, experience alone is useless. For Chelsea, we need leaders not just experience but experienced leaders with top level quality on the pitch.
