Been doing the AI meetup circuit lately. Wild disparity. Some are ultra hands on and teach people how to leverage openclaw/claude/codex in day to day. Some are just event organizers saying AI is hot and doing some random projects with it. Never seen such a delta.

@michielmv The biggest surprise wasn't a failure, it was realizing the bottleneck shifts entirely to orchestration. Individual agents perform well in isolation. The challenge is keeping context clean and preventing them from stepping on each other's work at scale
