So the saga of the stolen items by @DPDgroup_news continues. I expected poor service from DPD what I didn’t expect was poor service from @JohnLewisRetail. No one will help me or let me speak to a manager. Really disappointed. Wish they lived up to their adverts

Absolutely appalling service from #DPD again. Person turns up in road cameras show him opening back of van , taking photo and driving off. Ask customer service to send him back. Yes they say. Phone 1 hour later to be told he will be here before 5. 1 hour later told tomorrow
