wow… where do I even begin to explain how grateful and thankful I am for this life changing experience and life changing opportunity I can’t thank everyone enough that was involved seriously🙏.
I cannot believe I spent 6 months off the face of the earth to lose 100 pounds better myself in ways I couldn’t imagine discover things about Majd that I never knew existed and so much more.
The friendship the mentorship the fellowship the family gatherings feeling the highest of highs and the lowest of lows I wouldn’t change a thing❤️ Coach Tyler Wall made everything in my journey possible he helped unlock the Majd you see standing in front of you today the way he held himself the way he showed up every single day not only for me but for himself and everyone around him.
I love you Coach Wall the time we spent together are times I will cherish for the rest of my life the things you taught me are applicable to all aspects of my life.
The one thing that will always stick with me is that “it’s so cool that we get to do this together” and to not have you physically here with me celebrating this moment celebrating this accomplishment in my life really hurts more than you can imagine.
Be intentional and purposeful with your training be mindful of what you put in your body show up and enjoy the process ❤️🙏
