Theres a very simple solution to this problem of riot killing their own game and thats to either:
1. Give level 1 accounts same freedom as level 30 accounts
2. Make levelling from 1-30 much quicker
Why they are not doing either one of these baffles me. Completely mindblowing

@yamidotpng I got like 7th in this 2 month only. They send nudes.Dont know the whole purpose of this activity tho. i started blocking them after the first time.Assuming they work in groups and using a generic script. U can just avoid them by viewing the profile of the sender.(Very obvious)
