Gold Is Power

@BitcoinAIGuy If it does I will make so much money. Unfortunately, as much fun as that would be, I don't think it will ever crack 500K in the absolutely best case scenario. The only exception is if the AI age brings in unlimited money, free stuff, etc, but don't think it is going to happen.

A lot of people say "gold isn't an industrial metal". Have thought a lot about this. First of all, it IS used in some critical industrial uses like on microchips, you can see it clearly if you look at a computer chip, they have gold on them. But the point is, if gold wasn't so expensive as a 10,000 year track record monetary metal, wouldn't it be used MORE as an industrial metal like silver and copper? Would be interested to hear the perspective of @RealRickRule or @duediligenceguy

The massive current instability has meant almost nothing for gold prices. Gold massively under-performed the "gold thesis" for like 50 years... until it didn't anymore. Gold is stronger than almost ever because this is a new age where gold is money again, like for 10,000 years off and on.

Imagine the fact of AI and tech and smartphones and digital, etc and Gold is still holding strong after decades and decades of massively underperforming it's true 5-10,000 year track record. There was a brief Post War period where dummies (and/or scam artists) genuinely thought/pushed that you could just print monopoly money endlessly, and that was the solution to everything. Turns out, that worked for a few decades until it didn't. It probably will never work again in anyones lifetime here. Gold isn't going away because of the current and future uncertainty, it is likely part of the solution. It isn't going to make you "rich" but if the historical trends hold, you can at least "keep" your current money forever. #Gold

Unfortunately, silver is most likely (for now) mainly an industrial metal and not a monetary metal. Although, there is a scenario where gold becomes money again where silver might be "change" or smaller denominations of "real" money. But that isn't the case currently.

Made money on some bitcoin miners but things are coming to a close I think. Definitly seems like the entire crypto space is a big huge scam. Energy, critical metals/resources and gold are the future, in my reading (not financial advice). Probably a few tech/ai/quantum companies will go berserk the next 2-20 years (like 100-1000x) but hard to impossible know which companies. The companies in the fundamentals of the future like copper, gold, uranium, raw earths, etc will probably be easier to pick.

Exactly two years ago today, I sold all my bitcoin at $64.5k. The price is now $64.3k. That's two years of dead money if I hadn't sold. The bitcoin bugs have spent this period praying it goes to $1 million a coin. They dreamt of retiring on their crypto riches. All they achieved was a giant zero for 730 days of HODLing. Worse, some of them have taken credit card debt or borrowed against their holdings. They look fondly to the old days when the pyramid scheme benefited the early adopters, 'cos that's the only hope they have left. This, ladies and gentlemen, is the price you pay when you join a cult. Never get emotional about a trade.

I'm a copper bull, but I wouldn't even think of stacking it. "Investment-grade" copper bars sound like a pure scam to me...

In the industrial metals and rare earth minerals space, keep in mind the importance of refining and smelting; not just the actual extraction of new raw material. In some cases, the refining is the key piece of the future supply chain more than the mining of raw material.

Their plan is to hold it and look for every single piece of hype and "analysis" from so called experts and big accounts saying "10 Million Bitcoin just around the corner!" The said thing is, even $1Million Bitcoin (which isn't going to happen) is "only" a 10x from $100K Bitcoin. That happens in the stock market all the time. It isn't even a big deal. So tomorrow they double down harder on $50 Million Bitcoin.

Honest question and I'm genuinely curious If you bought Bitcoin above $100K what's your actual plan right now Your ACTUAL plan What are you doing tomorrow morning Because I talk to a lot of people in this space and privately the answers are wildly different from my timeline

@ekwufinance This isn't financial or investing advice, but as high as Agnico Eagle is right now, I am still buying a few shares at a time (they aren't cheap for most). Of course, buying other "cheaper" gold mining and other non-gold mining stocks too.

@MattH_4America A lot of the wealthiest ones are actually watching MSNBC and CNN. Of course, some are watching Fox, but the reality is most of the wealthiest old people aren't conservative.

There is nothing more disgusting than Americans over the age of 65 watching Fox News and relaxing in their giant homes in the suburbs and laughing at or ignoring people under the age of 45 who can't afford a home or new car and are worried about their future. You're gross.
