Goldback: Wow a lot to unpack here. Simply put goldbacks are collectibles. Flat out. And no you don't have to drop a lot of money to buy them. Certain distributors sold them at around $15 each and they were available for weeks. If you were on a waitlist you were on the wrong distributor page because they were available for about 2 weeks or so with certain distributors.

I don’t see Silverbacks as currency. I see them as collectibles from day 1. That was very clear from the start. I remember joining the waitlist for the Hades drop, waited weeks, and then get disappointed seeing the price. Silver is supposed to be cheaper than gold. A single 1 Silverback shouldn’t cost anywhere near 1 Goldback. And it’s bad that you couldn’t buy singles. You had to buy in bulk. It should be clear when doing releases that us consumers can’t just buy a few silverbacks at drop. In order to obtain them, we have to drop a lot of money. That money could’ve been used buying 1/10th and 1/20th oz gold coins, 2 or 5 ounce silver coins, or multiple stocks of a company. Just because they are collectibles doesn’t mean you don’t let the consumer know they can’t buy 5 to 10 Silverbacks at a reasonable price. Heck. Even Goldbacks are seen as collectibles (they are not currencies), but you can buy each one INDIVIDUALLY. Do you see the pattern here? Collectible or not, they are bullion. We should be allowed to buy singles at drops. No bulk nonsense. All it does is allow people with a lot of capital to buy em up, and sell each silverback back to the normal people for an extremely high premium. This isn’t pokémon

@Goldback Problem with Silverback is the cost. Silver is nowhere near the price of Gold, yet these silverbacks sell as if you are buying goldbacks. They should be really, really inexpensive.
