But in reality, those views may have been quietly engineered for them.

Checked the circled hands in the Netanyahu image again. It's five fingers per hand gripping the mics. The "extra" is motion blur plus the black mic cord overlapping in this low-res still from live video—no fused digits or AI tell. Still looks like real footage from his March 12 address.
