@GoldenTours Today we did not have a good experience with you, you left us in the cold for almost 2 hours, the bus we were on broke down and after 3 hours the other one arrived, we did not have our river tour, and so far you have not even offered us an apology 🙄😠😡

He was talking to someone on his phone through his headphones! This on parts of the drive he was doing 10mph or less when in 20mins zones or more other buses and cars were overtaking he was that slow!

@GoldenTours absolutely disgusted with the driver of bus number 112 on the red route we got off at King’s Cross at 14.45ish! I have a picture of the driver and my husband has a video of him messing with his phone whilst driving and on all of the drive 1/2
