I started writing this script about art and age, because I see many young artists at a rush, and the intro has: ‘Hayao Miyazaki’s debut film released when he was 39. Tolkin wrote The Hobbit when he was 45.’ Take your time, enrich your mind, explore your craft and the world around, read and build your mental/visual library, test your point of views and morals- Through working on your stories or other people’s. You'll come up with a more unique and “you” creation in time. It’s a road, often unbeaten to each individual, not a racing track.

What makes a good manga? According to sine who’ve been a manga award judge: “Story 80%, art 20%. Everyone knows that drawing skills improve after a year of serialization. But storytelling comes from the “accumulation of what you’ve seen and experienced,” so it doesn’t grow easily.” So being an older mangaka isn’t a disadvantage. Younger mangaka may have more energy, but they also tend to be more generic. The best creatives are always the ones who have had interesting life experiences and therefore interesting perspectives!

Varanasi – 3D trailer I’m honestly in awe of how this turned out. Had an absolute blast working on this edit. SSR clearly has a strong eye for 3D, you can see it across his films. I really wish this one was made in 3D, it would’ve been insane in Dolby Cinema. #Varanasimovie #3D

Actually Brahminical patriarchy is also just one text by one scholar that became a sacred symbol beyond criticism. Generations of scholars are copy pasting it for nearly 30 years without any further data collection, pattern or text analysis and verification. At the same time, Yogender Sikand theorized and published Deobandi Patriarchy, Gopal Guru published on Dalit Patriarchy but those did not get any traction. You don't hear of any other patriarchy as if they don't exist.

There’s no bigger disease than jealous, and it’s one of the prime reasons for human suffering. Duryodhana went to war in which 18 million people died, mainly because of his jealousy towards his cousins (Pandavas) since childhood. And it continues today also in families.

That is quite right & my observation as well. As an avg. football player, I've been humbled by teams from Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Manipur, Sikkim/Darjeeling while playing U-17s. The moment you turn an adult, all of those talents disappear from the professional stage. They melt away due to rotten politics of Indian sports or lack of nutrition/international standards of coaching or social responsibilities. It's my strong belief that, with all of these sorted, we can at least compete with Iran, Japan & South Korea if not Europe immediately.

I'll die on that hill to say India has no shortage of talent at the youth level, but gets overlooked and deteriorates as they age because of the lack of development & corruption from the federation. @IndianFootball

India has one of the world’s largest civilizational archives—yet its study is centered abroad in places like Harvard University and University of Oxford. Even more striking: Indian wealth helps fund it there. India didn’t lose its knowledge. It never built the institutions to anchor it. indianarrative.com/culture/the-cu…

Buddhism was the reason why so many foreign invasions happened in the country, due to its renunciation and spiritual ideals. These ideals are the reason for the decline of military preparedness. Vedic kshatriya was all about dharma-yuddha. Protection of society, upholding justice, and defending territory. Buddhism killed the Vedic-kshatriya war spirit. Since then Bharat had been attacked and subjugated by many foreign invaders.

So you are saying murders and rapes are happening because Hinduism allows men to do so? What kind of dumb argument is that? During the Vedic period, women were treated equally in society. This is not even a debate, it’s clearly visible in our scriptures and traditions. Only later, with foreign invasions and social disruptions, many distortions entered society. But blaming Hinduism itself for crimes like rape or murder is just ignorance. Hinduism never preached anything against women. In fact, it consistently emphasized respect, dignity, and partnership. If it ever did, then how do you explain women like Gargi Vachaknavi, Apala, and Ghosha? They actively participated in philosophical debates and gyaan sabhas organized by kings like King Janaka. These weren’t symbolic appearances, they were intellectual equals, challenging great sages in open assemblies. Even in the Rig Veda, we see direct evidence: “सम्राज्ञी श्वशुरे भव सम्राज्ञी श्वश्र्वां भव…” (Rig Veda 10.85.46) Meaning: “Be a queen in your household over your in-laws and family.” This doesn’t sound like oppression. This clearly shows authority, respect, and dignity given to women. Also, the Devi Sukta (Rig Veda 10.125), spoken by a woman seer, says: “I uphold the universe… I am the ruler, the gatherer of treasures…” This shows that women were seen as embodiments of power and knowledge, not inferior beings. So don’t blame an entire ancient culture for the actions of criminals today. Crimes happen because of individuals, not because our dharma teaches them..
siddhi devī🌹@shreemastrology

I’m sorry to break it to you but worshipping Devi =/= Hindu culture or even men treating women like human beings. Plenty of female foeticide, rapes and murders happening towards women for us to know that Hindu men are just as complicit in perpetuating anti-woman sentiments. Religion will always be for men and a way to restrain and control women.

Time to bring up this video again because the trolls are active again with their ignorant lectures on how it should be Bhim not Bhima, Arjun not Arjuna.
Sahana Singh@singhsahana

I often receive emails correcting my pronunciation of words such as Raama, Aashrama, Gurukula, Vidyaalaya. I am told that I must say Raam, Aashram, Gurukul, Vidyaalay, Upanayan, and so on. Some even go so far as to accuse me of being “colonized” or “misinformed.” Let us clear the air. In Sanskrit, pronunciation is governed by precise phonetic rules. One important concept is the halanta marking (or viraama) — a diacritical mark placed under a consonant to suppress the inherent a sound (the schwa). When a halanta mark is present, the final vowel is not pronounced. When it is absent, the vowel remains. For example: मनस् (manas) — the halanta under sa indicates that the final a is not pronounced. धर्म (dharma) — there is no halanta under ma, so the final a is pronounced. What often happens is this: native Hindi pronunciation is unconsciously projected onto Sanskrit. Hindi routinely drops the final schwa; Sanskrit does not unless the halanta explicitly indicates it. So when people say Keral instead of Kerala, Kannad instead of Kannada, or Karnatak instead of Karnataka, they are simply applying Hindi phonetic habits. That’s why they tend to say Om Namah Shivaay not Om Namah Shivaaya. Yes, there are also those who indiscriminately add an ‘aaa’ sound to everything which is equally incorrect. Precision matters in both directions. But interestingly, it is the dharm–karm camp which lectures everyone. See the comments below my videos on YouTube. I have even been confronted in hallways about this and had to spend time explaining. If we care about preserving the integrity of the language, let us do so based on its own rules, not on inherited speech patterns, nor on misplaced accusations.
