Really disappointed with the quality of our wedding rings from @Goldsmithsuk my husbands wedding ring has been replated twice already (wearing it since June 21st) and has a scuff after wearing it for two days since the last replating, what can be done?

Since having my #engagementring repaired by @Goldsmithsuk I can no longer wear it. My finger is getting ‘burnt’ at the site - it’s blistering & skin is peeling. Has anyone had this before? They sent it to be cleaned but a week on and my finger is irritated again 😭😭

@Goldsmithsuk I’m intrigued as to how they got the guarantee card before the year was up. Either staff selling them for profit or the company is. It’s incredibly frustrating.

@Goldsmithsuk can corporate gift cards be used for Tag Heuer. Looking at your T&Cs it doesn’t have Tag Heuer as an exclusion, nor does it on the @Xexec_Corporate site (it only stipulates Tag Connected) Want to check before getting one for a Tag Heuer Monaco as its a lot of money

@Goldsmithsuk Just spoke to someone on web chat...panic over! It doesn’t always show on your filters for some reason. On your website when you filter for Tag Monaco it shows only two watches - the Gulf and the Calibre 11. It doesn’t pull back the Calibre 12 🤷🏻‍♂️
