@DavidPolenz33 @KevinHarvick I was at the 400 that year. I will tell you it was amazing but there was times especially the final lap, I wasn’t sure the grandstand was going to stay in place it was shaking so hard.

@KevinHarvick I was 11, i cried when dale died all night and that moment made me feel like this world is more than just us, amazing moment. That and Jrs Pepsi 400 amd Sept 11th win. Still gives me chills. 2001 was terrible but we made it through with these moments carrying us!

Wish I would have realized then how big this moment was.

@KevinHarvick The shoes @RCRracing asked you to fill was a big deal, and you could have easily failed. No one would have held it against you. You not only filled them, but have made those shoes your own. Your legacy will stand on its own as one of the NASCAR greats!
