New paper from our Lab! where Dr Pelzel shows how the use of an FDA designated orphan drug Silmitasertib can ameliorate HD-like symptoms in a mouse model of HD even when testing at symptomatic stages. This is a very promising potential treatment. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41741274/
