I will say that the 6529 community is amazing, you don't need to buy anything to be a part of it. There is no wall, no need to buy a pfp, it's an open garden.
It reminds me of the feelings I had when I first joined the space in 2021.

two mechanics that could add a layer to the system:
resurrection
evaders return to color for a fee. not back in the game, but back into the light. art and identity resurfacing. fee splits between the treasury and @m0dest___ .
sacrificial exchange
life for a life. an active citizen (in good standing) could sacrifice themselves for a fee to swap in one of their evaders (life insured or resurrected). full fee to the treasury.

why sacrificial exchange:
introduces choice and an opportunity to buy back regret. keep your current citizen, or sacrifice it to bring back someone you want more.
creates opportunities to capitalize on art throughout the game while incentivizing activity in the evader and secondary markets.
and bolsters the treasury.
