It's been a long time since these dough covered hands have written anything so please excuse the many errors. It was such an honour to write this for @RealBread. Truly believe baking bread is extremely therapeutic.

First hot cross buns of 2019 from Good Souls. Topped with an orange glaze.

All packed up and ready to head off to the wonderful Feel Good Fair at Honywood School, Coggeshall (11am - 3 pm). I'm bringing Rocky Road, fresh bread, salted chocolate tart, raspberry and almond butter cakes, blondies, chocolate and walnut banana, loaf, Bara Brith and more.

Today is the start of #realbreadweek. Real bread is made without additives or preservatives. Starting the week with a humble white loaf. I love a slice of this with marmalade and a cup of builder's tea. #realbread #whiteloaf

One thing I have missed since being vegan is the deliciously sweet challah bread. This one is vegan, organic, stuffed with dark chocolate and walnuts. Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing a challah and or any other loaf, natural, made without preservatives.

Finally found some blood oranges. So blood orange and polenta cakes are ready for delivery to @wewalkthelineuk @firstsite

These humble looking cookies are packed full of flavour. Oaty spiced cherry cookies. Very moreish.

Coming to the Good Souls take away menu - curried veg pasty. I'm so delighted with Naturli 'butter' block. Makes for the best pastry and contains no palm oil.

Something warming for when I wake up - ginger granola. With oats, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseeds, walnuts, coconut, cranberries and of course, ginger. The recipe is on goodsoulsbakery.co.uk.
