It’s simply incredible that the Stones released an album as solid as Hackney Diamonds in 2023. Mick and Keith were both 79 years old when it was released…one of the greatest songwriting duos of all time for sure.

If I had more characters, would’ve included Can’t You Hear Me Knocking, Midnight Rambler, Dead Flowers, and so many more. Honestly could have thrown in all of Exile on Main St. and Sticky Fingers…

Extremely underrated Keith song. The Sopranos scene with it is amazing too.

These four Stones albums are widely regarded as their creative peak. Can you isolate one you like most, or is that too tough? After serious deliberation, I'm going with Exile. Beggars Banquet (1968) Let It Bleed (1969) Sticky Fingers (1971) Exile on Main St. (1972)

McCartney wrote about a random encounter he had in what easily could have been a throwaway song… But the genius kicked in and She Came In Through The Bathroom Window became a classic.

Susan Tedeschi is spectacular, and Derek Trucks is an absolute master of his craft. But every single musician that makes up the Tedeschi Trucks Band is phenomenal - they may be the best live band in the world right now.

@KatnissWind Love Panic, honestly I’ve just seen TTB more times and that gives them a slight edge for me personally.

@TheKro16 Valid list - I would have magical mystery and let it be a bit higher really just because so tend to prefer the late Beatles. But it’s impossible to go wrong!

Discog done! The Beatles🇬🇧 They have ALWAYS loomed large for me, but I never listened through from start to finish until now. Doing this has brought me even closer to their music besides the tracks I knew before. I know rankings for them are deeply personal. Don't flame me. 😅

@TheKro16 @tevordoley22 This album is the pinnacle of recording music for me. If there’s a better record, I haven’t heard it.

With one more record to go in the catalog, this is the pinnacle album for me. I truly believe there is no skip & a perfect blend of single track focus & overall album flow. Among all the fighting & stress, their undeniable greatness is shown here. The Beatles🎸Abbey Road🎶1969
