It’s simply incredible that the Stones released an album as solid as Hackney Diamonds in 2023. Mick and Keith were both 79 years old when it was released…one of the greatest songwriting duos of all time for sure.

If I had more characters, would’ve included Can’t You Hear Me Knocking, Midnight Rambler, Dead Flowers, and so many more. Honestly could have thrown in all of Exile on Main St. and Sticky Fingers…

Susan Tedeschi is spectacular, and Derek Trucks is an absolute master of his craft. But every single musician that makes up the Tedeschi Trucks Band is phenomenal - they may be the best live band in the world right now.

Discog done! The Beatles🇬🇧 They have ALWAYS loomed large for me, but I never listened through from start to finish until now. Doing this has brought me even closer to their music besides the tracks I knew before. I know rankings for them are deeply personal. Don't flame me. 😅

It’s Skynyrd. If you’re more of a blues guy (which Skynyrd also crushed btw) or more of a jam band guy, I totally get preferring the Allman Brothers. They’re unquestionably a top-10 band of all time. But if we’re talking Southern Rock, it’s 100% Lynyrd Skynyrd for me.
