@LeanaLovings I'm a big fan of your work and I was wondering if you enjoy singing? If so, will we ever get to see it?

@ChuckCallesto As it should be! People who want to protect themselves, will. Example, we don't have a mask mandate where i live, but i'm throwing my mask on before going into a grocery store or just the pharmacy. Reason, i don't want covid and it is cold/flu season.

@michaelmina_lab @K_G_Andersen The fundamental tension in the COVID-19 response has not been between patients and populations. It has been between patients/populations and corporate interests. The arguments in this article are those of the eugenicist @ZekeEmanuel . twitter.com/Andre__Damon/s…
Andre Damon (WSWS)@Andre__Damon

@ZekeEmanuel identifies the problem of “overutilization” as being rooted in the Hippocratic oath, with its “admonition to ‘use my power to help the sick to the best of my ability and judgment’ as an imperative to do everything for the patient regardless of cost.” 16/

I believe this is one of the most important articles written this entire pandemic It hits on a topic that is central to our failed pandemic response Public Health is not just a lot of Medicine stacked up. Medicine can even be anti-public health 1/ nytimes.com/2022/01/14/opi…

@michaelmina_lab "extra tests and procedures are often ordered because making a mistake would be devastating" LOL I know someone who spent years begging for a colonoscopy. By the time it was finally granted, they found cancer. I got a dozen similar stories #KaiserPermanente

"Sooner or later, virtually everybody is going to wind up getting exposed and likely get infected." Fauci says Covid won't be eradicated like smallpox, but vaccinations and boosters can help control the virus trib.al/bEGjAeM

@rbe_expert @Quicktake off the table because 1.corporations need their human cattle to show up and generate profit 2. politicians scared of being voted out by whiny cunts who can't handle the local titty bar/brunch spot closing down for a few weeks

@dana892275381 @bopinion A good reason not to regard opinion as fact. Covid Forecasts have been overly optimistic since day one, and every time they have to go back and acknowledge that the real situation is much worse. Treat any unknown or "maybe" as a threat. Do not be lulled by false confidence

The change of expert opinion was sudden. Researchers at Harvard Medical School now say the omicron variant, not delta, is likely fueling the current surge in Covid-19 cases in the northeastern U.S. trib.al/O49sJhb

@bopinion LOL at the people confidently drawing conclusions right now. Gathered from the same sources that took months to make up their minds on whether or not to recommend masks. Omicron has been on the radar for 3 weeks.

@novalibertas @TheWhiterose42 @bopinion Every mention of lower virulence by researchers is qualified by "might," "possibly" "initial findings suggest," "too early to tell," etc. It's unhelpful to say these things because the average dope is going to miss that part of it and mistake the hypothesis for the conclusion

@shawnsjames @bopinion People said the same shit about covid in the beginning. Those under 65 won't to get too sick from it, everyone who survives makes 100% recovery in 2 weeks, etc. All of it proven to be sloppy over-generalization, premature conclusions, and unfounded optimism.

America's justice system at work ladies and gentlemen: intentionally shoot and kill an unarmed teen running through your backyard, no charges; unintentionally crash your truck and kill four people, 110 years. Our laws are broken. denverpost.com/2021/12/13/i-7…
