NEW: Preschool guard won’t face charges after deadly sh**ting ruled self-defense
On May 8, licensed armed security guard Eric Salisbury was monitoring the parking lot of The Gan Preschool in Portland, Oregon
Manuel Castillo Garza IV, 32, drove through the lot at high speed and “almost hit Salisbury,” according to a summary memo.
Salisbury then “put his arms around Garza’s neck and strangled him.”
Salisbury drew his weapon, pointed it at Garza’s stomach, and said: “He’s going to sh**t him.”
Salisbury then fired one sh*t into Garza’s abdomen and pushed him off
Garza died from the injury 15 days later, on May 23
