@Goomer22Gaming Right, it's NGas > Unnerve > all the other entrance abilities, since Gen 5. I think in Gen 3 & 4 there was some wacky priority but I don't know very much there.

@DaWoblefet Ability Activation mechanics question. Say there is a scarf orbeetle with frisk that has a speed stat of 100 (150 then with scarf) A Persian with speed stat 149 with unnerve Why doesn’t the frisk activate before Persians unnerve?

@DaWoblefet Ahhh I see so it specifically has to do with unnerve activating first. So after unnerve (assuming no netralizing gas) all other abilities that activate upon switch in would just be speed order? Or is there an ability order (I.e. frisk before intimidate)

@Goomer22Gaming The reason is because Berries can technically activate when you switch in, if they weren't able to trigger normally for some reason earlier (typically because they were blocked by Unnerve). Without this priority, the Berry would be eaten before a switched-in Unnerve kicks in.
