Other than the New England Patriots, I believe the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have the highest chance of signing Quarterback Tom Brady. With Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and OJ Howard catching the ball and Ronald Jones is a perfect compliment back; I‘d be able to see Brady’s interest.
