Could see this one coming. After the success of Jessica Allister (2017 B1G Title) and Jamie Trachsel (2020 College World Series), Ritter's best season was 2021 finishing 2nd in the B1G. A fade to this season's 15th place at 5-17 in the B1G wasn't acceptable.

One of my college jobs was working at Joe Senser’s in Roseville. Joe’s name was on it but he wasn’t involved day-to-day. Regardless he would stop by occasionally, walk around and talk to every employee, just to let them know he cared. A classy and kind man, rest in peace.
