@_JC1971 But equally it’s daft to charge £40 when nothing’s stake and then complain when people do express annoyance.
I didn’t go, gave my ticket away as just not interested in friendlies. I actually don’t think people have been behind Clarke since the Hungary game as we are seeing that.
English

@_JC1971 Equally, punters who paid that price are fully entitled to express their displeasure at the quality of entertainment they received.
English

@lewisdufc01 You’ve nailed it. The set up at last two euros was pathetic.
English

@AlanMeikle Maybe they were booing Steve Clarke and the fact they paid £40 to be entertained and he tried everything in his power not to even try to play entertaining football?
English

@BarryAnderson_ Why? People paid to go and be entertained and didn’t get value for money. Apart from brief moments of magic and the benefit of a dodgy red card in November, watching the team since qualification for Germany has been awful. Tactics in both euros were terrible too.
English

Agree with Steve Clarke. Disappointing hearing booing at Hampden after Scotland qualified for the World Cup to end nearly 30 yrs of failure. Poor against Japan, no excuses, but it's a friendly. Some players played who wouldn't normally. Just a bit of perspective.

@Falkirkdaft please retweet if you can. Auctioning a framed Falkirk home shirt for season 2025/2026 signed by the full squad. Proceeds will go towards my young girls football team who are fundraising for festival in Blackpool. Auction on Sat 28th, any bids in advance welcome!
English

@83boabobski @DensParkChoir @ScotlandNT @FIFAWorldCup Calvin Miller, played more and contributed more to a better team than Kilmarnock this year.
English

@DensParkChoir @ScotlandNT @FIFAWorldCup Curtis has never been in senior squad. Clearly there on merit and due to our lack of wide talent just now
English

🏴 Steve Clarke has named his first squad of the year, as we begin our warm-up for this summer's @FIFAWorldCup.

@ScotlandNT @FIFAWorldCup He makes it extremely hard to be liked. Thanks for the tournaments but honestly can’t wait for a new man to come in and pick guys based on form. Any new manger has a really hard job building a new team. Too many points can be raised with this selection.
English

Can someone at @dundeeunitedfc explain why we are allowing this picture to be published when the lad is still a United employee. 😳🤷♂️
amc🪫@PARTYFEARS2_
Can’t begrudge him getting a 3 year deal elsewhere. He wouldn’t play for me again though.
English

@dadbegg @SandSGAnderson Ross was unlucky this season. Was flying and playing very well then got a bad injury back in August. Has had a hard time getting back in the team with form of others. Yeats also broke foot at start of season and has had to wait for a chance to start.
English

@SandSGAnderson Impact sub. Maybe Yeats would have been a slightly better example. Main point is that McGlynn gets the best out of his young squad.
English

Remember #EthanRoss started his career at #Pittodrie. Yet another youngster that we let slip through our hands. #Dons
English

@AnythingFalkirk Have we checked he doesn’t have a Scottish granny?
English

Lissah deserves all the credit in the world and the Czech Republic looking at him doesn’t surprise me.
Swansea Independent@swansea_indy
Filip Lissah (21) is drawing attention from the Czech Republic international set up. The Swans have him until (potentially) 2028. He will return to the Swans at the end of this campaign. His performances this season have been so good. Some Falkirk fans stating he’s the best they’ve seen in a Bairns shirt in many years. We have an in-depth report on our four Scottish loanees tomorrow on the Indy. #Lissah #Bairns #Swans @CzechRep [EX agent source]

@StenhousemuirFC Genuinely disappointed, was expecting much more from Stenny. Holding out for pens from the first minute and delighted we finally got the goals.

Our Scottish Cup journey comes to an end as we are defeated by the side from Grangemouth.

English

@AberdeenFC No place for shite pitches at the top level. 4g all the way 😂
English

@CunningColin Think they were trying to find a way to segregate the area towards the pods to allow more falkirk fans in. Stenny use some of it for their support already. That’s what I heard.
English

@The_Tman10 Really hope he doesn’t leave but understand the reasons if he does. Not sure the travel, lack of say on transfers and demand for immediate results would be attractive to him though. He was given time at falkirk, controls everything.
English

Aberdeen are a bigger club than Falkirk and pay bigger salaries but i’m not sure this be a wise move for John McGlynn. He has the keys to the castle at Falkirk has built the current squad on his own. Real feel good factor at Falkirk too which is the complete opposite of the Dons.
Pete O'Rourke@SportsPeteO
Understand Falkirk boss John McGlynn is emerging as the leading contender for the vacant manager’s job at Aberdeen. #Falkirk #Bairns #aberdeenfc
English

@KM7Stand @stevenmill Didn’t his beloved pars name a stand after a player that achieved much less in his career?
English

Why name a stand after Kevin McAllister @stevenmill?
In the words of Alex Totten…
‘Nobody deserves it more than him after everything he’s done for the club’
English

@CraigCru__ It’s easily fixed. Charge each set of away fans the same as they charge our fans and publicly state that is our position. If Celtic fans don’t want to pay £36 for an away game simply refer to the policy and provide an email address for CFC. Same for all clubs, not just Celtic.
English

Whether you agree with it or not, £36 for a football game in Scotland is scandalous and pure greed. The Celtic board can fleece their own fans if they like, away fans shouldn’t entertain it.

@onlyswanss It’s a pleasure to watch Lissah develop. He gets better each week and I’m in no doubt he will go on to have a very good career. Game time very important for him so keep him here until the summer 👍

Let’s talk about Fillip Lissah and Kyrell Wilson… 🌟
Both Swansea City prospects are currently on loan at Falkirk in the Scottish Premiership.
Last night, The Bairns faced Celtic at Falkirk Stadium. A very tough test, with Celtic’s squad being valued over £120m higher (TransferMarkt).
But even in a 1-0 defeat, everyone is talking about Falkirk’s right side… 👀
📊 Fillip Lissah
⚽️ 83 touches
🛡️ 5/7 tackles won
🧱 7 clearances
💥 11/14 ground duels won
👀 Only dribbled past once
📊 Kyrell Wilson
🎯 1 key pass
🚸 1/1 accurate cross
⚡️ 9 recoveries
💪 1 interception
🥅 1 Big Chance
Two young Jacks proving their worth to Vitor Matos’ side next season. Will they get their chance? ⬇️🦢
